Registration Is Open!! 2025 DBX Team Building Night
21st Annual Team Building Night
Team Building Night was created decades ago to celebrate the Miami Valley Construction Industry and strengthen the ties between Builders Exchange Members and community leaders. This annual gala recognizes the incredible contributions of the construction industry from design to construction through superior craftsmanship, leadership and innovation.
Just once a year, we get the unique chance to gather everyone together for Team Building Night to publicly celebrate the hard work, dedication and perseverance that are hallmarks of the most critical sector in our local economy - Construction! Proudly take your place among your colleagues from ALL aspects of the industry as we recognize together these amazing contributions that are all too often overlooked by this economic engine that never stops! Help us pause, just briefly, for one grand evening to take account of all we have accomplished together for our friends and neighbors.

The DBX Safety Fund Silent Auction was a big hit once again and raised $2,100 to contribute toward the Safety Committee Projects! Safety should be the primary focus for all of us. Our goal is to do all we can to see that no one suffers from a work-related injury, or worse yet, a fatality. The Safety Committee has identified where they can assist members with their company safety programs. Funds raised at this auction will be used to help launch programs that provide this assistance.
